First off, congratulations on your engagement! This is such an exciting time and I would love to help bring your vision to life for your big day.
We will work one-on-one together to create an invitation suite that is true to you as a couple. This starts with a questionnaire and introductory call to help me get to know you and find out how we can best work together. From there, I will share three custom packages to choose from, all at different price points. Once a package is chosen and the proposal is signed, the fun begins! See The Client Experience below to learn more about the process.
*Does not include print timeline. Printing time will vary by print method.
My clients typically invest between $2K - $4K on their invitation suites and day of items. Pricing heavily depends on quantity, print method, and other factors that are specific to each couple. I will always do my best accommodate your budget - if there are any questions, please reach out!
Save the date, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, surprise anniversary party, baby announcement, holiday cards, you name it... let's create a one-of-a-kind custom stationery piece for whatever special event is happening in your life or for your loved ones.
We will start with an introductory call which will enable me to understand what you are looking for and the style you'd like to achieve. I will then send you two different variations of the invite to choose from. From there, you will have 2 revisions. Any additional revisions and/or changes will result in an added $50 fee for each revision needed.
Please note: as of now, I do not offer calligraphy or envelope addressing. The invitations will be directly sent to you after printing. I do offer assembly (if applicable) and envelope stuffing as add-on services. Some vendors do offer digital address printing for an added cost.

So you have a brand you're proud of, but you’re missing the connection that links your brand to your clients in a more tangible way. Whether you are just getting started and need assistance with a Showit template, or you've been-there-done-that and are looking for a custom-built website, we can bring your brand to the next level with a Showit website that makes you stand out from your competition. Starting with five custom web page designs, taking all of your branding and content into account, we’ll create a one-of-a-kind website for your business to connect you with your ideal client.
Within 8-10 weeks, you’ll have a website you will be proud of, that displays your expertise and services in a whole new light.
Clients typically invest +$4K on their websites. Pricing depends on the scope of work including full build out vs template customization, number of pages, SEO, etc.
A brand is nothing without meaning and purpose behind it. You can have a beautiful new logo and look, but without knowing your target audience, doing your market research, and knowing your "why", reaching success is going to be a much longer and harder road than it already it is!
But don't fret, we will work through all this together. Before the designing even begins, I will share a brand questionnaire with you to help work through all the necessary questions. In addition to receiving a logo suite, you'll also receive a detailed, thorough brand guideline package that will serve as a reference point.
Just starting out or not ready to invest? A great way to get a professional website is purchasing a template. I offer template customization services where you purchase a Showit template, and I will customize the template to match your brand and fill it with your content that you provide.
The great thing about template customization is that most of the design work is already done, but you can still tweak it easily to reflect your brand. And I can help speed up the process! If this sounds like the right fit for you, let's chat!
Let's discuss your needs, style, content and the process. We’ll talk about the number of pages, creative details, etc. I will then create a wireframe to get an overall feel for the layout. This is only to get a sense of where the info will be located. Design and color will come in next step.
Based on our conversation, you’ll receive a PDF mockup of the homepage design. Two revisions included. Additional revisions are available for added cost. Once the homepage design is signed off on, the other four web pages will be designed. Each page includes two revisions each. Optional custom-designed Coming Soon page can be used and placed on your website while the website is in development. One revision included.
Once all designs are finalized, it will be developed and implemented into the Showit platform. We'll chat about any additional tweaks that need to be made. I will then create a responsive mobile design to match. This will be a simplified version of the entire site. Two revisions included.
We will schedule a time for a virtual tutorial to walk you through your site and how to use it. This will be recorded for you to keep as a reference. Should you need additional tutorial time, I am available at an added cost. Once the design has been finalized and final payment has been made, your site will be implemented into your Showit account and your website will be live!
Let's chat! We'll talk about your needs, style, content and the process. Afterwards, I will share a proposal. To get started, you will sign the proposal, payment schedule, and contract.
Once the contract and proposal have been signed, I will share a Brand Questionnaire for you to fill out. This will help me get a better understanding of your brand, style, and ideal client. Taking what we talked about in the intro meeting and your answers to your Questionnaire, I'll create a moodboard for your brand. This will incorporate imagery, type, colors and textures to reflect the overall style you're looking for. Once this is approved, the designing begins!
I will create three custom logo concepts to choose from, based on the moodboard and Questionnaire. You will choose one concept to move forward with. We will chat and discuss logo revisions and the additional items moving forward. Two revisions of the primary logo are included. Additional revisions available for added cost. Next, we will move forward with developing the additional brand assets including secondary logo, submark, patterns, etc. One revision included.
Once all of the designs have been approved, we will finish with your Brand Guidelines, detailing your logos, colors, fonts, patterns, how to use your logo, file types, etc. I will package all the files and share digitally.
First I will share an initial questionnaire to learn more about you and what you have planned so far. We'll schedule a call to talk about your story, vision, and what you're looking for. After, I will share three custom packages to choose from, all at different price points.
Once the proposal is signed, I'll create a moodboard for your suite, based on our initial conversation. This will be a tool of inspiration to reference back to throughout the process to make sure we are on track with the style and look you are going for. It will be a collage of imagery, type, colors and textures to reflect the overall style you are going for.
Here's where the designing starts! I will create two concepts for you to choose from, starting with the invitation. You will choose your favorite of the two, and from there, we'll design the remainaing pieces. You will have two revisions included per piece. Any additional revisions and/or changes will be an additional cost.
Once all pieces have been approved, we send off to print! The suites will be mailed to you after a QA check by me. If you added on assembly services, those will be pre-assembled for you before being mailed directly to you.
Branding is so much more than a single logo. There is strategy, time, and expertise behind every successful brand identity. Let's chat about what you're looking for!
On average, a custom brand identity will take about a month to a month and a half to complete. The process requires extensive research on your ideal client, core values, and business goals.
Yes! We can absolutely do a brand refresh. If you feel your current brand identity doesn't reflect your brand values or attract your ideal client, it is likely because it was designed without doing the proper research it deserved!
When you decided to book with me, we will take a look at the calendar to see when we can start. I only take on a couple projects at a time, so often times we will book a couple months out. I want to make sure I can provide the dedicated time, attention and effort to each project as best I can!
The basic rule of thumb is to send save the dates 8-10 months before the wedding. For a destination wedding, it is customary to mail save the dates 10 to 12 months in advance. For a smaller, more local celebration, 4 months in advance will be ample time.
Wedding suites should be mailed out 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding, 13 weeks for international guests.
Typically, the design process from the time we start to the time we send the suite off to print, is about 6-8 weeks. This is dependent on making sure all the information included (times, locations, menu options, etc.) have been solidified. Depending on your printing method, the print time will vary. I will provide an updated timeline once we finalize the printing details. I would add on 2 weeks as an estimate for printing time, making it a full 10 weeks total.
Flat (digital), thermography, letterpress, debossed, embossed, foil, and engraving. Check out this article on the Knot for a deep dive into all print methods.
While I do not offer calligraphy services, we can digitally print your return and guest addresses. Once the contract has been signed, I will share a guest address template for you to fill in.
Yes, I offer assembly and mail services as add ons.
One stamp will be enough if it is 1 oz or less. Typically custom wedding suites are over 1 oz, so they will require additional postage, whether that's a 2 oz stamp, or a collection of stamps.

Their customer service is also top-notch, responsive and knowledgeable. I am always available via email to ask questions, but would recommend posting in the Facebook community or customer service first. Included in your website package is light SEO implementation. This is includes using keyword meta descriptions, imagery names, pages titles and correct text tags.
No, your copy and photos need to be ready to go before we start designing. Copy first, then design is so important because the words you use to attract your clients will heavily rely on where certain things are on a webpage, and what information comes first. I highly recommend hiring a copywriter to help with this!
